Privacy notice
This notice explains how Mundus Cleaning Services ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form, we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, approximate size of your premises, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box. If you contact us by phone or email instead, we hold whatever details you give us.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to deliver and administer the service. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you have made) and, where we go on to work together, performance of a contract.
Who else sees it
This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf and stores them so we can read them. Our email is provided by IONOS. Both act as processors and may handle data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to clients are retained for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, to meet HMRC and accounting requirements.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google when the page loads.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email sean@munduscleaning.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
